Atmosphere is an electrical installation product. Confirm the shipment and included components before modifying, cutting, installing or permanently mounting anything.
Original outbound shipping and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was supplied incorrectly or arrived defective.
Contact support as soon as the issue is discovered. Photos or short video of the package, shipping label, wiring/controller and affected component may be requested so the issue can be documented and the correct replacement or return path confirmed.
Installed, modified, cut or customer-damaged components are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. A genuine product defect is reviewed separately from change-of-mind eligibility.
