Information we may process

• Vehicle year, make, model, optional trim and email supplied for a fitment review.
• Campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, landing page and referrer when a fitment request is submitted.
• Contact and delivery information supplied during checkout or support.
• Order details, product quantity, payment status and transaction identifiers.
• Support messages and evidence voluntarily provided for fitment, delivery, return or defect cases.
• Basic technical/security data required to operate and protect the storefront.

How it is used

• To review fitment and request the cabin photographs needed before making a compatibility conclusion.
• To process and fulfill purchases.
• To provide tracking, customer support, returns and defect handling.
• To prevent fraud, secure the service and comply with accounting or legal obligations.
• To measure storefront and campaign performance when analytics is enabled.

Commerce and automation providers

Fitment and order records may be synchronized with the commerce platform used to manage customers and fulfillment. Follow-up automation may process the minimum lead data needed to deliver fitment guidance. Payment-card details are handled by the enabled payment provider and are not stored directly by the Cabin Motif storefront.

Email marketing consent

A fitment request does not by itself subscribe an address to marketing. Product, installation and promotional follow-ups are sent only when the separate email opt-in is selected. Consent status is stored with the customer record and every marketing sequence includes an unsubscribe path. Transactional order and requested support messages are separate from marketing consent.
